Magento image upload and coupon check

Image upload in custom option of a product. Want to use it to personalize a book with the picture of the customer on the backcover. Customer uploads image, sees a preview, enters his name and message and finally adds product to cart. Coupon search, type in the code, based on the condition of the shopping cart rule one or more products will be shown. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
