NON SPAM Individual emailer

The following bid request is in full complaince with all U.S. laws including spam. I am an author of wine books (for verification, please see: <[login to view URL]>). When writing a new book, or revising an established work, there comes a time when I need to contact featured producers to ascertain whether there are any last-minute changes I should be aware of. I want them to feel as if I am contacting them personally, thus I need a program that sends emails to each individual in a group of recipients. If for example I have 100 contacts in a named group of recipients, instead of sending one email addressed to 100 contacts, I want to send 100 individually addressed emails at the click of a button. I use Outlook Express 6, and have cable broadband connection. This will be for my personal use, and will not be passed on to others. So far I have bids from $25 for a web-based application; from $100 for an application that is not integrated with Outlook Express, but works via it; and from $200 for an integrated taskbar and/or button on Outlook Express. Future bidders should know that I am not considering any web-based solution. I prefer something that is integrated, but authors are not top-earners, and $200 is a bit steep. I am considering it, but might have to opt for an application that is not integrated with Outlook Express, but works via it. Ideally I would like an integrated solution that is as simple as possible (i.e., I write an email and address it to the desired contact group, then click a "Group individualiser" button, similar to and on the same taskbar as the "Attach" and "Priority" buttons, so that when I press the "Send" button, an individualised email is automatically sent to each member of the contact group). A mail-merge facility would be nice, but is not essential. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP Professional
