PHP League

Hello! We need a PHP league. It's a ladder system for a gaming community. Users should be able to register create or join squads, make reports and so on. **You will find the full specification in the attached document. **Please, note that some part of work is done (registration, some part of squad script and design, so you needn't have any design skills).
