We need some help with a multi-user login work around. Our site runs on an out of the can web based subscription service - [login to view URL] This site streams medical education video content on a subscription basis. We sell subscriptions not only to individuals but also to institutions. When we sell to institutions we're wanting to allow multiple users to log in under the same account. The Visiongate software of course checks for multiple log ins and boots people out. It does it fairlly infrequently so most of the time its ok. I've checked for cron jobs (I have ssh access but its not a co-location scenario) and asked the help support if we can disable this feature - no luck. So what we'd like to do as a work around is import a set of users for each institution (this is already in place) and have some php code check to see if a user profile is in use, cycle through the listing of possible users until an unused one is found and then log the person in under that account. We would manually import the users and give them a user name ending in a number ( myCollege1, myCollege2 etc). This would also open up the doorway for us to sell sets of users to institutions. We have php admin and full access to the structure, I'm trying to find out where the login info is stored.
