PHP - little comment script ( urgent )

I need a little comment script - the needs exactly (hope I forget nothing): * language has to be PHP * can be easily included via "include()" into a php driven website * either MySQL or textfile as database (MySQL prefered to avoid problems) * confirmation email necessary - user sends comment from form, he gets an email and if he clicks the random coded unique link in the email, the comment gets a "email confirmed" flag for the next stage, which is ---> * admin has a webinterface, where all comments are listed (all of them with status like "email unconfirmed ", "email confirmed", "accepted") and new ones have to be accepted or denied (deleting then) - sorting of all kind of fields should be possible (desc/asc) * emails of posters don't have to show up in the displayed comments on the comment page, means comments are only included with the comment text and name, no email and no date * comment input form on the webpage has fields for name + email + the comment + a random character field (displayed behind, which the user has to write down and bots cannot read easily) to block bulk submissions * each webpage should have their own comment ability (no mixing of webpages on the same website) * the admin webinterface should have the ability to select the comments of single webpages, some of them or even all of them via a selector - means like showing only comments with certain status + from certain origin-pages / domains - it has to work with different websites all in one * admin shall have the ability to switch getting emails on new postings on/off on per webpage basis (or for the selections, but the data entry has to be per comment webpage, so that the switch could be adjusted for every single webpage, where comments are on) * the possibility to export the data into CSV is needed (for the selections made) more under deliverables: ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased including the right to brand the deliverables. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). more conditions (not enough space above): - if possible display the random character field not as picture please to prevent display problems, this is not necessary - it shall work for most spammers without a graphical code - it's just the "first thin wall" before the email confirmation & admin :) (maybe a random fieldname with a random entry, that has to be matched through a formula based on the browser of the visitor or something like this) - please implement the script the way, that the form is posting intern, not to the included script - what I mean is, the "form action" shall not include the domain where the admin is "sitting", but it shall post to the displayed webpage itself, just taking the post variables to see, if it was a comment posting or not (I think you know what I mean, it's hard to describe in words - example the form action on a webpage named [login to view URL] shall post to [login to view URL] and not the included script at [login to view URL] or something) ## Platform ********* ATTENTION ********* highest User Verification (type 2 Heavy User Verify) with RentACoder (ensures you get paid fast!) ********* ATTENTION ********* ########################### ########################### ########################### Hopefully I included all I wanted to be in and I did not sound too confusing, it would at the end be relative simple to tell you this in speaking, but not in writing, you know what I mean - I think it isn't complicated at all, it is just complicated to explain, we can discuss via MSN messenger or Skype better & faster I guess. ########################### ########################### ###########################
