We need a shipping cost calculator which allows us to connect in real-time to shipping cost calculators such as Fedex, UPS, USPS, Canada Post, DHL, Royal Post (UK) and others to calculate shipping costs based on the weight of the items added to a shopping cart and the location of the customer.

This must be programmed in PHP5
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

PHP 5, to run on any system which can run PHP 5.
PHP Coding standards must be based on Pear:

The code must be based on object oriented principles - using the advantages of PHP 5. Code must be optimized for PHP 5 and may not contain PHP 4 functions and methods which have been improved or replaced in PHP 5 to achieve greater speed or faster or less complex database interactions. For example XML, PDO, class magic functions etc.
All code must support UTF-8 and all text inserted must use a library which allows translations into other languages.
Documentation must be clear and precise and allow other programmers to easily take over the project when required.
All code and documentation will be reviewed before release of funds for compliance and quality of documentation.
