Paypal and Other payment Gateway

I Need a custom payment gateway script, that can handle the following minimum: 1) Paypal (ipn) 2) [login to view URL] 3) Manual offline credit card processing + any of the other popular payment processors. My requirements are very simple: Create a script that handles the payment and then after processing the payment, records into a database. The payments tables should be the same regardless of which gateway is used. 1) Use a customer detail table 2) Use a Payments Table script should be flexible to change the Customer details table to any existing table containing similar fields. Use a simple & customisable front end for the payment processing form. display a success or error after each transaction. Notes: I do not need cart or order processing, All i need is form that says, click here to pay for your account. On payment form customer will choose the payment gateway. a simple buy now or similar button is preffered. After successfull processing the transaction, record the transaction details into the table. If the transaction is pending for what ever reason, then the transaction is flagged as pending, and need to be updated when successfully processed. No duplicate payments to be placed. In the case of Manual Entry, record the CArd Details into the payments table and flag it as pending. Once i have manually processed the payment, i should be able to update the transaction as completed. After the above process, Finally i would like to copy the successfull transaction and insert it into another Table, with the same details. Then take the customer to a payment success page or to the error page for the automated payments or the transaction pending page for the manual entry form. The script has to be in PHP and using MYSQL database. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php & mysql
