Portable Video Player USB drivers/user-land library

Mac OS X drivers for commercially available portable video player, as well as user-land libraries to interact with the device (i.e., send it a file, delete a file, and so on). I would prefer a user-land driver, but would be amenable to a kext. If you can make the device show up as a mounted disk, I will gladly pay more for that, though it is not a requirement of the project. The device itself shows up as a USB 2.0 Vendor-specific device; I will attach a (slightly sanitized) USB prober report to this bid. I can also provide traces showing the various functions (file copy, etc.) that I'd like to achieve. I will require a signed NDA from the winning bidder before the project begins. Thank you! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
