I am in need of coders who have experience with "Request for Quotation" [RFQ/RFP]websites. This site will be constantly evolving [content, new features, etc], and as such, it would be preferrable to work with someone who would host it, manage it, etc. This site may also have a "group buying" function, as well as contain links to affiliate programs, special offers, etc. Login required [username, password]. Subscription {visa, AMEX, MC, Paypal]; auto email notification. All information generated from this site - RFQ's, RFPs, etc, will have to be captured in a database. Apart from the database, RFQ, RFP, this site could..broadly..take the format of www.kijiji.com. I would like to focus on Canada. It is important that this site has a robust earch engine. Once I receive confirmation/interest from people who have this kind of coding experience, and meet the profile I'm looking for, I can share more detailed information.
