RSS Pinging Script in PHP

I need a script written in php using mysql as the DB that will manage the pinging of multiple RSS feeds to a selection of RSS directories. There will be 3 pages: 1 page to enter and save data This will be the admin page and will have 3 text areas and a save button. You will be able to enter multiple RSS feed URLs (new one on each line) You will be able to enter a list of 'pinging' services that are to be pinged You will be able to enter a list of proxy IP's + ports 1 page to do the pinging I will set up a cron job to run this page periodically. Each time the page is run it will submit all of the RSS feed URL's (that have been updated since the last time the script was run) to all of the pinging services. Each time a new ping is made a different proxy will be selected from the list at random. If one won't reply then it's gets skipped over and another one is tried. 1 page to report on the activity Each time the script is run a record will be kept of: 1-the total number of submissions, and 2-the number of successful submissions. This will then be displayed in a new row on this page. This page will just be a table with the results of each run of the script. I will need all the coding to be solid and work perfectly - and quickly - no bloat please. Also, you will need to provide me with a php page to run in order to generate the mysql tables the script will need. Any questions, please ask. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform to be written in PHP and to run on a linux server.
