Web Based Ordering System

Web based ordering system. (Pilot) This project is time critical - Please do not bid unless you are confident you can complete it no later than Tuesday 23rd October. I have provided a zip file with the tables and data mapping needed along with a more detailed requirement document. I need a web based ordering system built. This is just a pilot for the system but will contain much of the functionality of the finished system. The system will initially have two screens. One that allows the user to log in and one that allows them to enter the order details. The screens will sit on a webserver and access the data that is on an ms-sql 2000 database. A button should be provided to confirm the order, which will write the data to four tables on the system (oehdr, oemer, oelin and msrqt). Some fields will need to be defaulted in these tables and I have provided the default information for these. A button should also be provided to allow the user to print a hard copy of their order. I can provide the SQL needed to access the database. I would expect the successful coder to continue working on this project with me once the pilot has been demonstrated to the client. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform WINDOWS 2000 WINDOWS XP MSSQL Server 2000 Explorer V6
