C# Web Service Client

I need a C# web service client developed that will transmit an XML file that I supply to an existing document style web service. The web service was written in Java using Apache Axis 1.1 ([login to view URL]). The web service will return XML as well as PDF attachments (according to the SOAP with Attachments Spec: [login to view URL]). The C# client must write the XML results and PDF attachments to the local disk. I will supply a WS-I 1.1 compliant WSDL and test XML. The SSL enabled web service requires the caller to authenticate (BASIC) using the HTTP authorization header. Please don't bid unless you have relevant experience. ## Deliverables A console/command line application is required. The application must take the following as parameters: target web service URL (SSL), username, password and XML file to send. The web service results (XML and PDFs) must be written to the local disk. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete well documented: source code of all work done and compilation dependencies and instructions. 1a) .NET 2.0 1b) A Visual C# 2005 Express Edition project file to confirm source code compilation. Visual C# 2005 Express Edition is a free download from Microsoft. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
