At this point we would like to see some of your website designs. Send links in your bid.
Your bid MUST include the following:
1) Cost for 1 hour of design time
2) Few samples of website designs that you did
3) What tools you use
4) What is your turn around time for work that we give you
5) Will be willing to do this work on a consistant basis AND if you will be available on a consistant basis.
Cost is important and so is quality, professionalism and ability to speak, write and communicate clearly in English.
Cookie cutter postings (copy/paste types) that do not follow the above 5 steps, will be ignored.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) As Part of deliverables, you have to include the end product (the final design files) and also **ALL** source files (for example if you used Photoshop, **_I need the ALL the PSD files_**. **_Until I get ALL source files, payment will not be released.
