Wordpress Plugin - Optin Form

I'm looking for a cookie based plugin which will position an Optin subscription form on the index page, above the posts (Similar to the "What would Seth Godin do?" plugin). The plugin will record each visit made by dropping a cookie, the plugin will show the optin form for all new visitors. Admin should be able to configure: * The optin form code * The number of times the form is shown per person * The message the visitor sees after they have subscribed. I'm looking for bids from coders who have experience in developing Wordpress plugins. Please.. no generic bids. ## Deliverables The plugin must be compatible with the latest version of Wordpress and be backwards compatible as far as practicable.
