Hello, I have a project I need completed. Another coder from this site started it but did not finish. Basically, it is an online database using mysql and a php script for entering data. What I want is a website where people can upload music, check a few boxes or click drop boxes, and the music uploaded will automatically be uploaded to the ftp folder and other websites on the site will reflect this addition.
I need the coder hired to finish the previous work, and correct some mistakes, for example, the browse page has been setup with the incorrect values.
I want the music to be organized by composer, so when someone uploads a Mozart symphony or sonata, they both go in one Mozart folder. I would also like the system to be able to recognize when someone already has a folder for Mozart, or if it doesn’t exist, then it will create a new one. For example, if someone uploads a song for “ggXXY?? and that folder doesn’t exist, it will be created and then show up under the “composers?? page. If “ggXXY?? does exist, I don’t want a second folder created like “ggXXy(2)?? but I want the music to go into just one folder.
Is it possible to do this if someone types in only part of the name, for example if the folder for Mozart is “Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart?? and they only type in “Mozart?? can it still go to the right folder? Or is it possible to have the folder suggested as they type? Like Google email does for email addresses?

## Deliverables
I also would like a way, maybe an administrator’s version, to delete entries. So if I delete the Mozart symphony 4, it will automatically be removed from the symphonies list and other pages and the actual file will be removed from the ftp folder as well. Also, all entries must be searchable, not the tag info on the mp3, but the song title.
To see what I am looking for, here are the pages the last coder has already created.

Please also take a look at the attachments for pictures of what I want.
Also, I was told by the last coder that my site limist uploads to 2mb. I have been able to upload files larger than that using an ftp program so i would like the coder to check to see if what he said was correct and to suggest if there is a way around this.
Also, could you please let me know how difficult if would be, and how much it would cost to alter the opensource program below to accomplish what I am asking.

This is a student project so we are limited in our funds, but someone willing to put in good work at reasonable prices can expect a lot of repeat business in the future. Thanks for your time, please email for questions.
To see the actual database information, I made a temporary account
