Facebook application - music contest submission

This project involves a Facebook application to be created on our Fan page tab. The overall concept is very much like this website here: [login to view URL] However, there is no payment gateway needed to be put up. The application basically is a music contest, I am able to post all sorts of music briefs and music requests on this application. Users (the musicians) must then be a fan of mine to submit (uploading) their music pieces to these contests. I need to run multiple contests on this application platform. Also, will need to have the "sharing" button to share the songs and this particular contest. Furthermore, people can vote for the song and leave comments (but as the administrator, I need the power to delete comments away). Last but not least, I need to be able to close the contest and announce the winner officially for that particular contest.
