Add Photo and Video Galleries

we need the following modifications in the performers section of an online video chat system. The idea is to make it mainly a video streaming system with a live cam add-on. Therefore, performers need to be able to: 1. add and upload premium photo galleries (various formats, size automatically adjusted, watermarked and changed to .jpg, limits set by admin), 2. add and upload premium video galleries (any format, automatically converted into flash and watermarked, size automatically adjusted, limits set by admin) Thumbnails need to be seen by unregistered visitors, full galleries integrated in and paid thru PPV/PPM system supplied in the standard script.
