Mobile Flash game with actionscript backend. Short turnaround!
This game is made for gearheads. The sound of a car engine is played for the user, and they must choose from a list of 4 car names. There are over 30 cars in the game total.
The code must be able to pull car names from a dataset, present them 4 at a time to the user, allow the user to play the car engine sound, and then tell if they chose the correct answer. There should also be a countdown timer. The time left over after each level should carry over to the next. If the user chooses an incorrect answer, time is deducted from timer.
An additional feature would be unlockables every few levels, time permitting.
The expected deliverables are the? FLA file with actionscript source code and complete? SWF file.
I have all image assets as layered Photoshop files. Most of these assets are available as vector data. I can provide them in any format, broken down in any way you find necessary.
The audio assets are in wav and MP3 format, but once again, I can provide them in any format. There are 3 sounds per car: engine start, engine idle (looping), and engine revving.
The difficult part is the delivery date. I need a proof of concept by this Friday. Maybe not all features, but most of it should be there.
