Homepage

I am looking for someone to design me a homepage. What I want is a page where people will start up there browsers with this being the first page (obviosuly they need to set it). It will be very easily updatable (content manager?) the design must includes modified cars and plenty of models. Will need to have a search engine that will search the web (like google, or running off google but must look like its ours). Also need a place to put RSS news feed (will supply you with that info to fit in). Other bits needed on the page are: Models random photo bit (easily updateable) Members cars random photo bit (easily updateable) Car News (RSS addin) Links to race videos we have (easily updateable) Forum statistics (phpbb hack) Forum latest threads, posts and easy login (phpbbhack) Sounds alot more difficult than it actually is..
