Presentation -> web site in Flash

Hello. I need to have a series of Flash animations built to illustrate the potential applications of "transmutation method". There are 13 applications so far. In the 1st phase of the project, the animations are going to be used offline for presentation purposes. In the final stage of the project, the animations are to be placed online and with additional "Discussion Forum", "Main page", etc. form a web site <[login to view URL]> The "Main page" will contain information from a file **[login to view URL]** **In the transmutation method the adjacent characters of alpha-numeric text are replaced by a sequence of intermediate graphical shapes. When said shapes are displayed in an overlaid fashion, one after another, they create an animated (transmuted) image of said alpha-numeric text.** More details are in a file **[login to view URL]** The required Flash animations are listed in a file **[login to view URL]** Animated gif that illustrates transmutations of 1->2->3->4->5->6->7->8->9 is attached. A Flash applet that illustrates the transmutation based on an input phrase **[login to view URL]** is attached. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
