Serious redesign

Need to redesign a website in few days. Pages are: Home, services, prices, faq and contact us. What i need is: 1- Seo friendly, simple and clean design 2- Fast loading pages (by using CSS) 3- A nice colorscheme 4- A flash text will be added (for the motto)and a flash clock 5- Three different directories such as "by categories" "by brands" and "by auction site" I have an approximate layout. I'll also need maintenance for the site and hope to meet a designer which we can work together in long term. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
