Project Description:

Hi Bidders,

I am looking to get a Flash Player built for our Audio Streaming Service which is capable of playing a Shoutcast Stream sent in AAC+

I will need the following functions built into the frontend of the player:

* Play Button
* Stop Button
* Buffer Size Slider (where at default it is set to whatever we set in the config file, but the listener can change it as they need to increase or decrease the buffer
* Stations Name
* Current Song
* Station Name
* Stations Server Status (up or down)
* Volume Control Slider

The player must be done in Flash and must work in:

Windows, Linux, Unix, Mac, iPhone and Windows Mobile Phones

Furthermore, it must be able to work in ANY Flash Player Supported Web Browser Like:
Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc, etc, etc (ALL OF THEM)

The player must be skinnable quite easily, so you will provide me with the flash files so that I can merely change the player image by importing a different JPEG or IMAGE file quite easily and then just saving/compiling the SWF again.

The Player should collect all of it's configurations from the HTML file. I.e. the Server IP, Server Port, Buffer Size, etc...
