I need a website designing and created for an Individual. It involves no programming apart from simple HTML. Looks, Layouts, Interface, etc are most important for this project. Use of Flash or any other animation is choice of the Coder. Details are mentioned in the attached file with these Bid Request Details. Please read the attached files thoroughly before making your Bid Offers. The attached file forms an important part of the Bid Request Details. Based on the information provided, please send some sample / mock-up designs when you make your Bid Offer. Bids without such samples, will not be considered. If you have any other queries, please feel free to get back to me. If at all any animations like Flash, etc are to be used, then the Coder will also have to deliver the source files for such animations too. If any other images / cliparts are to be used, the should be royalty-free and be delivered after successful completion of the project. The entire project should be accessible from almost all the popular browser tools and with all the popular operating systems. The project should be designined in such fashion that it should be viewable at various possible display resolution settings. A list of keywords will also be provided during the course of the project. These keywords should be incorporated in the META tags before the final delivery. The Delivery Deadline date will NOT be extended under any situation for this project. All the details mentioend in the attached file should be implemented in the project before final delivery. The Bidders / Coder should communicate only through the R-a-C channels. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Perfectly working web pages, images, animations, etc. 4) Source files for all the animations and images, if used any. 5) Copyrights for all the works and files. 6) Thorough instructions in a separate text file to explain the uploading details for submitted work. Also for the directory structure to be followed while uploading the webpages. 7) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
