Video Community, integrated with PhpBB. (like Youtube)

We have a community set up with a highly modded **phpbb**. Right now we allow users to upload their own photos in there own private photo gallery. (this is the smartor photo gallery addon) > Our current website is [login to view URL] Browse through to get the idea of how things are set up. We would like to add the ability to load videos, (just like youtube) and display the same way the photo gallery does, and have the same features (comments, rating, etc) > This is probably as simple as downloading the smartor photo gallery addon again, and modifying a few things to use a flash video file instead of image. Also keep and mind this needs to support the upload of different video files (mpg, avi, etc.. same as you tube). I am also a web designer so I do not beed any CMS for this, Just the ability to embed videos on separate pages. This all must integrate smoothly into the phpbb community. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
