looking for designer for gay adult website

For a gay website (a meeting gay adult website) we are looking for a flash and graphic designer for to create some graphics-animation on flash) One graphic is a annoucement of the launch of a new product from our metting chat. It must be an animated webcam with text that annouce the launch of this function on some weeks and the second, is the same graphic that annouce that the new function is launched. ## Deliverables 1) The designer is paid after all the work is accepted by the buyer. It means that, it will have lots of exchange between designer and buyer before to be paid, because the work will need designer to understand the needs on a graphic style from the buyer and the designer must create a modern style and animated style of each graphic asked, that will need some asking to buyer for his agreement to continue in this way of design. 2) The designer will have to give the source of the graphic to the buyer and the final work at the end of the period and accepted work. 3) The buyer can't re-use the work of the designer to a new designer. 4) If the designer is not abble to continue and satisfy the needs of the buyer, as no original size and format would be delivery, no paiement will be made. 5) The designer during the creation of graphics elements, will send only tagged work with is name on all graphics element but on original size, to the buyer. 6) When designer has finished his work and buyer is agree with this work, the paiement is done immediatly. ## Platform Flash: Flash for a animated pictures on real size (499x499) and on a 440x60 add (2 flash size)
