I need a website similar to tinychat ( Webcam video Chatrooms)

I need a website similar to [login to view URL] but unique and different, with new features such as slightly bigger cams, and must have a chat box...and users must be able to create their own rooms, for video Chatting. If you have no idea on what tinychat is or havent even gone to website then please do not bid. Also must have Youtube plugin so that people can watch youtube in the chatroom...Also must be able to ban people and use private msgs in chatroom. Must have a Admin area for each user that makes account so they can change the background of there room and also add people to help monitor the chat room. These people that they add will have different functions, such as they can ban people and play youtube videos in the chat room. * Website must be done custom and be completely different than Tinychat...Also I will not accept any previous script thats on the marketplace such as ones similar to Tinychat...The Script you must make from Scratch and be 100% unique. My budget isnt very high but with right expeirnce it should not be hard too hard to make.
