443335 Assign unique names to images when uploaded

When users upload images they are saved with the name of the file on their computer. We would like to have the images given a unique name so that there is no conflict with uploaded images. The script already has this function but somewhere it got broken so we either need it fixed or the function to be added. This should be pretty simple.
