Finish Website Login Area

My website is built using Umbraco but a freelancer used other software to update our staff login area. I'm not sure what he used, maybe php or ajax. I was not given any back-end login credentials despite my requests, perhaps none are required. He seems to have disappeared and i need the website finishing. There are some buttons which need to be directing to webpages, user profile page form needs to be edited to look nicer, some of the buttons need to have better images (a classic profile image for 'profile' button, a holiday style image for 'holiday request form') . On the admin panel the 'delete' user button is not working and needs to remove user profiles. The completed holiday forms which appear in the admin panels need to be grouped by 'branch' selection. The 'my inbox' button needs to link to an existing webpage with iframe containing mailenable. There are a few extra tweaks that will need to be done to finish the project. I need this to be completed today! $100 USD budget.
