We would like information to see how we could quote a real estate and real estate development platform that would consist in the following: 1A) Real Estate Brokerage, and Complentary Services: -Sale of Individual Properties -Rental of Individual Properties -Sale of Business Properties (buildings, warehouses, lots, etc, farms) -Rental of Business Properties (buildings, warehouses, lots, farms, etc) -Vacation Rentals -Sale of Properties with running business -Offer Complementary third party services (moving company, Mortgage, Remodeling, etc) -site charges % of commission or flat fee for offering these services. 1B) Real Estate services for associate brokers: -Marketing, sales, and closing services for their properties -Subsites for brokers -site charges % of commission or flat fee to brokers 2) Real Estate Partnership services for property owners and developers: -Owners who dont want to sell but rather partner with developers can publish their properties for developers to analize, and site can broker deals -Developers can sign up to be able to view properties of owner willing to contribute property for partnership -Website brokers deal and charges comission or charges developers to be able to view properties for development -Owners can request quote for services for their property such as construction, design, studies, remodeling, conversion, etc) -Business can quote owners for these services -Website filters and helps choose best quotes. (either charges comission for jobs, or charges businesses to quote) 3) Real Estate Crowdfunding platform -Developers can sign up real estate project for crowdfunding, which are analyzed by website -Approved projects are posted with info for crowdfunding -Investors sign up to view project, and invest in ones that interest them -all-or-nothing investment. Project and funds are only collected when it reaches investment goal -Website then contacts all pledged investors to create mecanism to invest in development with developer -Website charges a % of the funds and/or a % of equity in the development, or a flat fee for posting each project. This platform would also need a mobile app.
