Admin creates client account thus their dedicated area set up 3. Thus admin managed clients by creating, editing and deleting a client 4 Admin also manages monitoring centers(MC). 5. Every MC has dedicated area protected by username and password 6. Admin allocates an MC to the client 7. This making the MC responsible to allocate security office to the client 8. Means MC's manage security officers 9. MC allocates security officer to client property 10. Security officer records incident in the system 11. Every incident is recorded as per the attached document. Admin ----------- Manage customers: add, edit and delete Manage Monitoring centers: add, edit and delete Customer -------------- View reports: history of reports for there property Monitoring centers --------------- Manage Security Officers: add, edit and delete Manage Jobs:add, edit, delete, allocate job to officer Security officer ---------------- - Create security incident forms, email to clients and head office, - Can see incoming jobs from MC's.
