Website/shop and facebook integration

My client needs a website with webshop capabilities and a facebook integration for it. The company is a catering company - party architect - who delivers lunches and organizes workshops also. Opencart version 1.5.4/1.5.4.1 should be used (due to certain extensions that I want to use e.g. newsletter) and the facebook-integration should be a modified version of the shop and linking to the main website. As far as it's possible, all future (updates to) opencart extensions used should be easily installed without a need for extensive code changes. I'm quite familiar with opencart and can do coding and photo editing, but this is an urgent deal, so I need to hire someone to do the design related coding. I will still edit the pics and the texts. Logo is visible below. The theme could be looking like a restaurant menu or like "walking" from a delicacy table to another. Categories should include Party-architect, Workshops, Events, Testimonials, Contact and Webshop and we should be able to add others from the back end as usual. The page should be stylish, sound and clear and not cluttered with too many options (without currency, search, wishlist, my account, shopping cart etc on the first page but only when the web shop lin is opened). The texts will be written and translated by us (3 languages). Photos are available and more can be taken/bought. The project should be ready for test use by 10 Nov 2013.
