forum to database

hello ,,, i want form to be build & data entered to save on database ,, also admin aria to see all the submitted data , also after the submitting finish email with the data should go to our email ,, ( the sender should be the submitted email ,, to make the replay easy ) the forum should have web2 & ajax touch ,, also ajax validation ,,, it is 3 page forum ,, first 1 ( user data ,, email & name address ) with button for next page ,, second page shipping data , also with button for next page , ,,,, third page is aria to enter payment data . after submitting finish he should redirect to url ( we will give it to you )
