Need to append existing wordpress plugin, css/php/js

Hi, my name is Greta and my Texas Company uses WordPress to develop applications and websites. I am extremely familiar with WordPress and its core codebases and I typically develop custom plugins and themes. As an example [login to view URL] is a complete web application built using WP as a platform, with secure event pages only accessible to event hosts and their guests. Propose plugin, which uses a post type downloads which are uploaded in a secure folder (no direct access at any time). The plugin would provide a shortcode for the members downloads page and settings. 1) Logged in member accesses the “Downloads” Page 2) The page checks to see if member can download, or has already downloaded, and display a message, or displays the available (depending on level) files not already downloaded. 3) Based on the member level the shortcode script presents the correct files, the user can click download next to each item they want. (Download one at a time) 4) The id of the downloaded file is stored as in the usermeta table so the user cannot download it again, and the file is removed from the list (ajax).
