Redevelop Exisiting Joomla CMS automate processes.

We are looking to automate a site with a backend in Joomla. Right now there is alot of manual entry and we are looking to automate all of the below without having to manually enter data or manual send certificates to customers. The issues and steps are below. Looking for a competitive quote with the most experienced site developer. Ongoing work if the right candidate can prove their skills. The steps are as follows. We are looking to automate this as much as possible: 1. A registered hypnotherapist submits an application for membership (Front End) [login to view URL] 2. ARCH Canada approves or denies the application. They can choose the level of membership an applicant has. i.e. more or less access to parts of membership site. (Back End) 3. An email is sent to approved member with payment link. this should all be done in the back end and should not have to send out emails manually. (Back End) 4. Payment is received and a new membership ID is created for the user (Back End) 5. Member has access to full features on the site (Front End) 6. Member is also listed in the Directory Listing to advertise their practice [login to view URL] 7. A certificate is sent to them (pdf membership certificate) 8. Required to resubmit and pay for application yearly. This should be an auto reminder. Currently they use an excel spreadsheet to track this. 9. Transfer all existing data. All data is using Joomla 10. Site must remain both in English and French (Front/Back end) 11. They would like to run reports for all database information so they can search/track members by their data entered. Issues with current site. 1. Too much manual entry. Right now they have to enter data in 3 different places for 1 member. 2. All the forms go to different databases and do not connect to automatically create user profiles, directory listings etc. 3. Front end needs an update for usability and design updates allowing for a better user experience for members.
