WORDPRESS THEME CUSTOMIZATION

I have a themeforest template which I'd like customized. I've listed the customization request below. Please let me know if you'd be able to make these changes. I have attached examples of the changes I want and can provide PSD files or PNG images. THEME: [login to view URL] AD POP-UP: Upon landing on the site, I'd like there to be an ad pop-up to enter the site. The pop up will display the cover art for a release and ask them to visit Itunes to buy. FLASHING R ARROW (ON HOMEPAGE): change icon to example below [see attached photo] HOMEPAGE LAYOUT: NEWS, VIDEOS, LIVE, MERCH, PHOTOS, NEWSLETTER, SOCIAL "Recent Post" to "NEWS" "Recent Work" to "VIDEOS" "Services" to "LIVE" "Screencast" to "MERCH" "Portfolio" to "PHOTOS" "Lets Talk" to "NEWSLETTER" "About Me" to "SOCIAL" HEADER: LOGO - replace name logo (make it larger as well) & keep it center [see attached photo example] MENU NAVIGATION - (place an icon to the far left of nav bar that i will provide, for drop down menu)- Menu to read as such "NEWS", "VIDEOS", "LIVE", "NEWSLETTER", "MERCH" [see attached photo examples] FOOTER: I'd like to add an audio player to the bottom pop-up footer (left), name logo (center) and Itunes Button (right) [see attached photo example] NEWS: insert the news example provided on homepage as photo (4x) as example for me to change later [see attached photo] VIDEOS (renamed "videos" from "recent work"): Make the pretty photo pop-up all videos (currently images only) and change the border from white to black CONTACT: This section is to be replaced with a newsletter sign-up and the Nav is to read "NEWSLETTER" ABOUT: (POP-DOWN FROM HEADER) Make this section house same images from AD POP-UP (see example attached)
