Educational Portal for Online Classes

We need a portal to conduct online classes. We can upload files in all possible format ike PDF, DOC, PPT, Audio or Video file etc. There will be two type of registration: Faculty and Student There will be a payment gateway for transactions. Sometimes we can take real time classes for our students to get interact with faculty directly. (Maximum 20 students at a time). We want that student will register himself first for a particular course and after that we will verify that admission by mailing and calling and then we will that student to access all course files of required course only with demo classes for all courses. We will decide that who is authorized student for which course. We want a forum and blog service in this portal for all possible users so that they can discuss issue and get solution by each other. In this forum or Blog, Faculty can also take part. Faculty can create quizzes and question bank or assignment for his own class and only those student will get notification about that activity with deadline. That portal will generate the report card accordingly the performance of student and notify faculty only. Student can interact each other via chatting and messaging. Faculty can also interact within his class via chat or video chat at max 20 student at a time. That portal can also be used as a Counselling Portal for admission or career or other services.
