I need to develop a site similar to padmapper where users can log in and add places for rent / sell / share and can pay online with a credit card using some third party sevice (such as paypal) and the post of their place must be automatic after payment confirmation. The users can also search for this places using the map and filters. The users can also save places as favorites. The site must be responsive. The site must allow landlords to do the payments in the easiest way possible. The site must contain a back end interface for administrators that allow us to add bulk places (XML or CSV), delete, add single places, review accounts, filter by IDs, etc. The design will be provided by us in PSD APIs to use: Facebook SDK for JavaScript for users to log in Google maps Javascript API v3 Google maps Places API PayPal API The project will be host in amazon web services or any place suggested by the bidders. We can use Paypal for the payments or any other service suggested by bidders if better. Some web scrapping may be necessary. Mockups available for the pre selected bidders.
