Admin Panel Revision

What we are looking for is an improvement vs what we currently have in place now. Our website is located at [login to view URL] and we have a poorly written admin panel we've already paid for once. We will hold back 25% until we are able to fully test work to avoid the same problem again. The panel is according to my host very poorly devised and we would like that remedied. With the current panel we like the ease of not having to deal with an ftp upload and not loosing images off pages like a regular web page, however the templates are not optimized properly and are hurting us in the search engines. Please provide examples of your optimization work and ranking as well as design capability. Despite the fact that we are poorly written we are still able to achieve 1st page placement on Google 3rd page on the other engines. Obviously Google is the biggest engine but we would like to capture our phrases on all the major engines at least the top 3. What we are seeking is for the needed repairs to make the templates optimized and then we are looking for more control and design capability over the templates vs. now. We would like full creative ability in order to add images, replace pics, add & create applets with images and text, color control etc. We want more like a wyswyg capability. We are also seeking the ability to use the same panel for more sites if we desire to build more but this is the last issue dependent on the price.
