Website structure creation

I need a website created from sliced psd files. You must have and be proficient with ImageReady CS. I will accept creation in GoLive, Dreamweaver, or recommend a CMS which can do everything I want (I will need to see a demo). I will provide the design in the form of sliced PSD files, modified in ImageReady. I will provide a site map for the way I want the structure and detailed instructions of how the files should fit together. If using Dreamweaver, the site should be set up using nested templates to make footer and menu changable from one spot. If using GoLive, components and templates should be used. If using CMS admin pages should be generic and not indicate your company (preferably admin pages should look like the rest of the site). You will create 50 pages in a defined structure, and all links between pages as I describe. All pages should be HTML and search engine friendly (if Dreamweaver or GoLive no php, if CMS, there should be an option to generate static pages and use friendly URLs). CSS should be used for text, but I prefer tables for page layout. The site will have the following functions integrated into it. these are NOT a part of this project request, HOWEVER, if you can do any or all of these, please indicate which and include it in your bid price. 1. import and integrate custom yahoo rss newsfeed (not outgoing). 2. Calendar of Events. 3. Money Exchange Rate between 3-4 currencies. 4. daily update text paragraph (as news item or blog). 5. custom database of products (ecommerce capabilities are optional but NOT necesary, or needed at this time, if easy to add later, would be a bonus) - OSCommerce is a posibility for this section (but would need some modifying), or recommend something. There should be advanced search capablilties for this database integrated into whole site (search box on every page) and dynamic lists of products on non-product pages. *****CORRECTION: THE SITE IS 25 PAGES (not 50)******* ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The final website will reside on a linux server with cpanel. There will be no link or reference to you or your company in the final project. All source files and modifications to the files I give you will be given to me at the end of the project. You can use my server for staging or your own, however once the final site is ready you will transfer it to my server, or clean up staging files on my server and leave a clean site without unneeded files.
