Games Site

Please quote on creating a games site. The site will need to have approx. 100-200 Flash/Java games, at least 10 of these games should be multiplayer with chat, simple multiplayer games are fine. Multiplayer games are to be connected over the internet and not turn based on a single pc. At least one multiplayer game should be pool. I would like a percentage of the games to be able to output high scores/winner via xml so that a mysql database can process it. This may involve php/curl work to post this data to another website.
