Iframe Form Processing

Hello, I want to hire you for a simple PHP project. The project consist of a functionality in such a way: User has an account in one frame with his information and on other frame he can do browsing and shopping, when shipping comes, the fields like address, name is auto filled by other Iframe which contains information. I hope you can do this, i donot need design right now only function. Only make sure if you can do this job. Just make it sure before bidding. I'll not create any milestone payments until you create the function and i test it. You have to start right away.
