Java Japanese to Romaji Converter

You MUST be proficient in Japanese or be a native Japanese speaker. You can use existing libraries like the following: [login to view URL] As a deliverable you'll need to provide a working Eclipse project. The project should contain all required libraries and configured properly. I should be able to import this project to my Eclipse environment and run a main method of a test class that you will tell me. This main method should illustrate converting of multiple Japanese words to Romaji. This main method should contain Japanese words from the attached file (please make sure to use both ANIMAL and GREETING spreadsheets). !!!IMPORTANT!!! Please test thoroughly before sending me the result code that: - project seamlessly imports to Eclipse environment - there are no compilation errors after import - the main method runs without exceptions and does the proper conversion ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
