209832 Online T-Shirt Design

Hi there, We are SERIOUSLY seeking a Flash / PHP programmer that can create a Online Design Studio for T-Shirts and Signs. We currently use a 3rd party script but have limited control. You can see a sample here: [login to view URL] The site is not completely set up... so follow these steps to see the designer: go to: [login to view URL] Click on the Full Color Digital Printing Product Frame. Click on the Short Sleeves T-Shirts Product Frame. Click on the Port & Company Product Frame. Select one of the first 5 colors. As you can see, the layout is pretty simple... but so are the features available to me, the site owner... and the customer. Now take a look at: [login to view URL] They offer a basic printing version of the designer and a Embroidery version. Both with more features and options. There are font categories Text Effects including Shapes, outlines and shadows. Clip art in categories and sub categories Ability to add shapes. And more. I would like all these features... as well with the ability for the customer to order the item online and pay with either... Money order, Paypal or Authorize.net. On our side I need to be able to view the customer's design with the ability to edit it if necessary. Then I can download the design as a PDF or EPS or other printable vector format. I should be able to add products as needed... product images as needed and the pricing structure should be based on: Pricing will be broken down based on type of imprint on shirt. So lets say we have a white t-shirt to print... we have base cost for the t-Shirt... lets say $5.00 Then if the customer is going to select single printed colors... 1-4 colors... a charge is added per color and per print location (front or back) So lets say its a 2 color print on both front and back... the price may be $2 per color per location so the price for the shirt would be $13.00 total. I should be able to enter / edit pricing for garments... and then there should be one central location for pricing for print types including: 1-4 Color Instant Printing Full Color Instant Printing 1-8 Color Screen Printing Embroidery - Price per 1000 Stitches Speaking of which... notice on the embroidery designer... Notice the images and text have a embroidery look to them... as if they were stitches. We want that look too. I think its just a texture. If need be we can provide the texture. Also... Important... I need the ability to add my own images... and there will be 2 sets... one for printing and one for embroidery. We would also like the option to be able to add other products that can be designed... Caps.. Mugs, Signs, Etc. So who's willing to take on this project? I would hope for someone in the USA... or abroad as long as we can talk every now and then on the phone to discuss details.. so good english is a must please. Again my inquiry is SERIOUS and my need is immediate. I would like to be up and running with this within 30 - 45 days tops! Thank you Nicole
