PHP Web Based Script For uploading videos

I need script to help me out with uploading videos to video tube site, basically I need to be able to do everything with few clicks, and the job script need to do it's quite simple. Script need to upload around 30-35 vids daily, in which my staff will provide description, title, tags, picture, problem is it's anything and time consuming waiting for all vids upload to the web site and you need manually to click "upload" every time 3vids are finish uploading (scrip on following site can receive only 3 videos in the same time) so main job of this script should be to after confirmation automatically start with one/two vids after those before done with uploading. Also, we need to create some kind daily database /not using mysql or stuff/ because sometimes couple videos faild to be uploaded in that site, so I need something just to back to yesterday and click "reupload" and posibley change some setting for specific video. That's basic concept of script and in future I will need to upgrade features so I'll probably take creator of script to add it for me. This probably could be done with macros but I would like to do in right way so I hope I'll find some good and programmer out there.
