Usability Screen Capture - repost

I would like to build an application that records the full screenshot of the users behaviour (not just browser). What will happen is: From a testor/users perspective: >users will be sent a link > the will click on it an it will detect/install java > once installed it will go through a few simple screens to tell the user what is happen (content will be dynamic) > they will then go through a usability test- e.g. go an download an app and play a game (this will all be recorded) > one the recording is over (after 15-20 mins) it will auto stop and a finish message will appear > the user will then need to select to send the video off to the system (the requester/people who are doing the study analysis) > once the video has been uploaded then user will be told the process is over and asked a few simple survey questions (dynamic from system) > The user will be shown a unique number which they will use for any reference (they must save/copy this) From the system/website perspective > there will be a website/admin area that will allow companies to sign up / buy a subscription / one off package > The company will select a package > Once there are credits/bandwidth the use will be told he can now create a project > The user will create a project title, information on survey , the surevy tasks (e.g. go and download some software) and some screening questions/initial survey questions > The user will then create post survey will then create post survey questions > Once the project is finishes a unique url will be given, which is what the company will share with their users (of course multiple projects can be set up and there will be a reference dashboard with when, what it is etc for company logs) After a user has done the test and uploads to the system this will appear on the companies dashboard for review (along with survey sample). They will be able to download/view based upon their package. When they have no credits/bandwidth left the user will be told to upgrade This is a good long term project so please only serious bidders, who can deliver on time and to the highest quality. This will be used by very high profile companies, so the best of breed technology/coding practices are required to ensure it is scalable for when we want to upgrade, which I expect the company chosen will also be part of.
