Website-initiated VoIP Auto-Dialer that dials out to a contact list and delivers an audio file. I need to upload a list of contacts that are maintainable on the site (add/edit/remove/delete info). Needs to provide a daily log should show which numbers picked up and which were not answered. Also need information on recommended server setup and configuration in order to be able to send out several thousand calls within a few minutes. Also have the ability to dial in different codecs.
