Wire Frame design website

We have a web site to develop and require someone with marketing skills to help develop wire frames. Requirements : Wireframe design knowledge, industry software you can access ie axure or HTML with dreamweaver. The person will have a good knowledge of business on the web and be at the cutting edge. The ability to analyse the competitions web sites and come up with competitive features is very important. Good communication is important. Access to project managment software on the web will be provided. The ability to meet on a daily basis is important, if neccessary. But the project should not involve that level of input A knowledge of usability is useful. Your role will to develop the new layout, navigation, features by developing a wire frame for the web site. This will then be passed onto the designer.
