vBulletin Thread/Post Leecher

I need a coder to create me a piece of software that will leech (copy) posts from one VBulletin forum and automatically post in another. It must have the following requirements: 1. Must support vBulletin 3.X.X to 4.X.X 2. Must have a login feature to access private areas on certain forums 3. Must be Multi-threaded 4. Leech specified post of a supported website 5. Save posts in different formats which are supported 6. Change different tags and vice-versa 7. Show filehost links from the post 8. Convert your own code to BBCODE/HTML GUI MUST be workable and screenshots and video proof of the software leeching a post from a forum of my choice and posting into another before payment is released.
