Add new feaures + bug fix a PHP script

I have a large PHP script that needs bug fixing + new features added. I wll PM you a copy of the script and everything I need done for it. You will need to install the script, review it, and get back to me with an accurate quote and time frame. I will need 2-3 programmers devoted to the script full time to ensure project completion in the fastest time possible. If you are a sole freelancer, please do not bid, unless you can convince me that you can work as fast as 2 people. Please only bid if you CAN complete the project after you get the script and the work list. This project has a strong possiblity for more work on this script in the feature. Thank you.
