QR Code Designer - repost

Need an interface like unitag's designer ([login to view URL]) with backend support that can also function as a regular library. The designer interface needs to be used to create a general template, with settings stored in mysql, which are user specific. When a call is made to the library to generate an actual tag, the settings used from the designer are called. Needs to be bootstrap, jquery, and php compatible. No other frameworks.
